Gameweek: EKU vs UT Martin

Gameweek: Colonels Conclude Home Regular Season Schedule

RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky football team concludes its home schedule this Saturday, Nov. 12, against Tennessee-Martin. With a win, the Colonels will go undefeated at home against Ohio Valley Conference opponents this season (4-0) and also remain in the hunt for the 2005 OVC championship.

Saturday is both Senior Day and Veterans' Day at Roy Kidd Stadium. The Colonels will be celebrating the contributions of 10 seniors to the EKU football program – TE Adam Ellis, DB Justin Glotzbach, WR Andre Green, FS Carl Hayden, OL Will Heineman, LB Jerome Jones, CB Tremayne Perkins, OL Lance Petro, OL Paul Prince and WR Andre Ralston.

Keep an eye on Ralston Saturday afternoon. He needs 157 more receiving yards to shatter the current Eastern career receiving yards record held by Rondel Menendez (2,990 yards receiving – 1995-98). The last time the Colonels and Skyhawks squared off in Richmond, Ralston caught six passes for 151 yards and two scores in the 41-32 EKU win.

The Colonel Walk will take place at 11 a.m., while kick-off is slated for 1:30 p.m.
