RICHMOND, Ky. – Fans wearing maroon polos and t-shirts packed Gillum’s Sports Lounge in the Richmond Mall Tuesday night to listen to Eastern Kentucky University head football coach Dean Hood talk about the upcoming season.

The team’s first official practice is Thursday night, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m. EKU kicks off its 2010 schedule on Thursday, Sept. 2 at Missouri State.
