Final Results

ONEONTA, Ala. – Eastern Kentucky placed ninth at the Samford Invitational at Limestone Springs Golf Club. Vanderbilt and Samford tied for the team title.

EKU posted a final round score of 304 to finish with a three-round total of 902.

Freshman Zack Butler moved up 14 spots from a tie for 31st to a tie for 17th after a final round even-par 72. Butler finished with a six-over total of 222. Brian Fister (226) tied for 29th and Johan Eriksson (228) tied for 37th.

Limestone Springs is a par 72, 7,000-yard course. Next up for the Colonels is the three-day Pinehurst Intercollegiate beginning on Friday.
