RICHMOND, Ky. – EKU football has announced its schedule of events for the weekend of the annual Maroon & White Game, which will be held on Saturday, April 29th at 3:00 p.m. at CG Bank Field at Roy Kidd Stadium.
On Friday, April 28th, EKU will host a job fair for current Colonel football players at the Rick Erdmann Olympic Sports Training Center.
EKU will host its Suits for Seniors social on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Mule Barn at the University Club at Arlington. The event will feature dinner, a silent auction, a 10K reverse raffle, and comments from head coach Walt Wells. Tickets for the event may be purchased here.
Tailgating for the Spring Game will be open as normal on Saturday, April 29th beginning at 10:00 a.m. Students can reserve tailgate spots as they normally would through conferencing and events two weeks prior to the event – April 15th. Colonel Club members and fans will be open to tailgate and park in the Alumni Coliseum lot or the Moberly lot at no charge. Food trucks and fun activities will be open to the public beginning at 12:00 p.m. The Colonel Kids Zone will be open inside Roy Kidd Stadium at that time.
In partnership with local first responder units, these groups will participate in games of flag football at halftime of the Spring Game. All participating units will be recognized during the Spring Game. Following the Spring Game, the team will host a free Kids Clinic on the field. The clinic will be available to kids ages 5-12 or K through 6th grade. The clinic will include a variety of football drills and interaction with coaches and football student-athletes.
RV spots are available to reserve through the EKU Ticket Office by calling 859-622-2122 or emailing Raymond White at raymond.white@eku.edu. You may also use this link to reserve online. There will be no charge for RV spots for the Spring Game, but a reservation is necessary. If your set up requires power, we advise that you bring a generator for power.
Fans looking to renew their season tickets can do so at this link. Fans who do not know their username and password to access the ticketing website may contact the EKU Ticket Office at 859-622-2122, or Raymond White at raymond.white@eku.edu. Throughout the entire month of April leading up to halftime of the spring game on Saturday, April 29th, every fan who renews their season tickets, purchases new, or places a deposit on new season tickets will be entered to win a variety of prizes. Winners will be announced during the second half of the spring game.
Fans wanting to purchase new 2023 EKU football season tickets can make a deposit for those tickets at this link beginning on April 1. Season tickets start as low as just $49 for every home regular season game.
