The information contained on this web site is a rules education piece designed to inform our student-athletes, employees, alumni and loyal supporters of issues pertinent to the compliance area of intercollegiate athletics. The material contained on the web site is not a substitute for the NCAA Division I Manual but a helpful reminder regarding important NCAA rules and regulations.
It is the policy of EKU to adhere to all applicable NCAA, ASUN Conference and University rules and regulations regarding the conduct of its athletics programs. It is the obligation and responsibility of EKU personnel and our supporters to act within the applicable rules and regulations at all times.

The Athletics Compliance Office at Eastern Kentucky University supports the University and Athletics Department missions and NCAA Article 2.1 (The Principle of Institutional Control and Responsibility) by fostering an atmosphere of compliance through the providing of effective NCAA, conference and University rules education and monitoring (NCAA Article 2.8) while emphasizing customer service, student-athlete well-being (NCAA Article 2.2) and ethical conduct (NCAA Article 2.4).
