Cross Country – Won the individual OVC crown, running away from the field and beating her nearest competitor by more than 20 seconds with a 5K time of 17:31.1 … voted the OVC Freshman of the Year the night before the OVC Championships … her performance led the Colonels to their eighth consecutive OVC team title … earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors after finishing 21^st at the regional meet in November with a personal-best 6K time of 20:51.4 … was named OVC Female Cross Country Runner of the Week three times during the season … won the RedHawk Rumble in early September with a 6K time of 21:45.6 … clocked a season-best 5K time of 17:22.2 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in early October.
Track and Field – Scored points with a seventh-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships, clocking a personal-best time of 17:17.01 … also ran season-best times of 5:07.17 in the mile and 10:02.99 in the 3,000 meters during the indoor season.


Prior to EKU: Won the 2,000m steeplechase at the 2018 Gymnasiade in Marrakech, Morocco ... finished 2nd at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in the 2,000m steeplechase in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a personal-best time of 5:44.56 ... finished 23rd in the 4,000m cross country race at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games.
