2009: Was a member of the winning distance medley team at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 10:15.62…Finished third in the 800 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:52.90…Won the 1,500 meters (4:06.04) and the 800 meters (1:56.11) at the Centre Invitational. 

2008: Placed sixth at the OVC Cross Country Championships and was named first team All-OVC...Won the 800 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:49.64…Was a member of the winning distance medley team at the University of Tennessee Sea Ray Relays…Ran as the lead leg of the 4xmile relay team that set a new school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 16:39.47…Placed 17th in the 800 meters at the Mideast Regional Championships with a time of 1:53.05… Finished second in the mile behind only Jacob Korir at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:13.56…Finished third in the 3,000 meters at the indoor championships, logging a time of 8:34.98…Placed third in the 800 meters at the indoor championships with a time of 1:53.72…Was a member of the winning distance medley team at the indoor championships…Ran the second fastest indoor 800 meter time in EKU history (1:50.41) at the Notre Dame Last Chance Meet.

2007: Named first team All-OVC at the 2007 OVC Cross Country Championships, where he finished seventh...Was the 3,000 meters champion at the 2007 OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Won the 800 meters and 1,500 meters at the 2007 OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Selected as OVC Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year...A 2007 regional qualifier in the 800 and 1,500 meters...Ran fifth fastest time in EKU history in the 800 meters (1:49.93).

2006: Won the 2006 EKU Cross Country Invitational in 18:49.3, earning OVC Male Runner of the Week honors ... Finished fourth at the 2006 OVC Cross Country Championships (25:28) ... Named OVC Cross Country Male Freshman Runner of the Year and first team All-OVC.
