2017-18
Cross Country – Hit her stride late in the season to help spur the Colonels’ historic postseason run … earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing eighth at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 17:36.2 … placed fourth on the team and 39^th out of 257 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a 6K time of 21:32.9 … her performance helped the Colonels finish third and earn their first-ever trip to the NCAA Championships … placed fourth on the team and 182^nd overall at the NCAA Championships, clocking a time of 21:22.6.
Track and Field – won silver in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 10, clocking a personal-best time of 36:21.2 … ran personal-best times of 16:44.7 in the 5,000 meters and 4:40.9 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … scored points with a seventh-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships in February (17:41.2).

2016-17
Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after placing 10^th at the conference championships with a season-best 5K time of 17:39.0 … helped the EKU women win their 10^th OVC title in the last 11 years … placed third on the team and 52^nd overall at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships, clocking a 6K time of 21:46.8.
Track and Field – Scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 37:37.7 … ran a personal-best 5,000 meters time of 17:21.0 at the Virginia Challenge in April … won the 5,000 meters at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational in March with a time of 17:27.8 … also ran a PR of 4:43.2 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … took 12^th in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 17:47.1.

2015-16:
Cross Country – Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:13.44 at the Greater Louisville Classic on Oct. 3.
Track and Field – Clocked a personal-best 17:57.53 for 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 13 … won the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:28.09 at the Centre Twilight on April 15 … also recorded personal bests of 10:26.76 for 3,000 meters, 5:17.46 for the mile, 4:51.52 for 1,500 meters and 2:26.44 for 800 meters during the track season.
