2012-13:
Cross Country
Led the EKU women back to OVC championship form by finishing tops of the team and fourth overall at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 17:31.50 … earned first team All-OVC honors for her performance in that race … placed third on the team and 78th overall at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships two weeks later with a 6K time of 22:09.73 … notched her fastest 6K time of the season at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic, placing 17th out of 216 runners in 21:55.18.
Track and Field – Won gold in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running away from the pack with a personal-best time of 32:23.73 … set a personal-best mark of 16:59.79 in the 5,000 meters at the Penn Relays in late April … PRed in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:42.59 at the Bellarmine Invitational in early April … was named the OVC Female Indoor Freshman of the Year … took home silver in the 3,000 meters (10:02.19) and bronze in the 5,000 meters (17:40.75) at the OVC Indoor Championships … went on to run a personal-best 9:50.21 in the 3,000 meters at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational in early March.

High School Accomplishments: Won the 2,000-meter steeplechase and finished second in the 3,000 meters at the 2011 Junior Nordic Track and Field Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark ... won the 2011 Junior Nordic Cross Country Championship in Uddlevalla, Sweden ... finished 30th in the 2011 European Junior Cross Country Championships in Velenje, Slovenia ... finished 10th in the 2010 Junior Nordic Cross Country Championships in Trondheim, Norway ... personal records include 2:17.35 in the 800 meters, 4:35.27 in the 1,500 meters, 9:45.35 in the 3,000 meters and 10:31.10 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
