2012-13:
Cross Country – Finished 10th at the OVC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 24:57.60 to help lead the Colonels to their seventh consecutive conference title … named second team All-OVC for his performance in that race … Placed ninth out of 367 runners in the blue race of the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 25:10.54 … his performance led the EKU men’s ‘B’ team to the win in that race … finished 40th out of 278 competitors in the black race of the NCAA Pre-Nationals in a time of 25:07.7.

2011-12:
Cross Country - Ran in the team’s top-five during much of the cross country season, taking sixth overall at the OVC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 25:44.93 to earn first team All-OVC honors … ran a season-best 8K time of 24:59.42 to help the EKU men win the Navy Invitational.
Track and Field – Scored six points with his second consecutive third-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships, this time posting a then-personal-best time of 14:49.44 … also posted a personal-best time of 8:33.42 in the 3,000 meters and 4:20.48 in the mile during the outdoor season … eclipsed his previous personal-best time in the 5,000 meters with a 14:46.93 at the Tennessee Sea Ray Relays in the spring … also posted a personal-best time of 4:00.77 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season.

2010-11:
Cross Country - Named second team All-OVC for the second consecutive year after finishing 10th at the OVC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 26:04.15 … placed fifth on the team and 82nd out of 231 runners at the Southeast Region Cross Country Championships with a 10K time of 32:49.2.
Track and Field - Took bronze in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 15:11.24 … also placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the indoor championships with a time of 8:44.10 … ran a personal-best 15:03.23 in the outdoor 5,000 meters at the N.C. State Raleigh Relays.

2009-10:
Cross Country - Named second team All-OVC after finishing 13th at the OVC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 27:01.01 … Finished third on the team and 13th overall at the WKU Old Timers Classic with an 8K time of 26:34.51.
Track and Field - Scored a point at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a sixth-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:22.66 … placed seventh in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:05.15 at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … ran a PR in the 1,500 meters at the University of the Cumberlands Invitational with a time of 4:07.81 … ran his best 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 15:26.68.
