Sofie Levin joined the golf program as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2017 after a standout career at EKU.
Levin concluded her four-year career as a four-time All-Ohio Valley Conference selection and the EKU record holder for lowest career scoring average at 75.79. She also now owns the records for career par or better rounds (22), rounds played (121) and birdies (250).
Last season, Levin posted a 75.44 stroke average, second on the team and eighth-best in the OVC. She played in all 11 events and had six top-10 finishes, including three in the top-5 and one first place performance. She posted a 628-124 head-to-head record. Levin tied for first at the 2017 ORU/SFA Spring Break Invitational (March 13) with a three-round total of 218.
As a junior in 2015-16, Levin led the team and ranked fourth in the OVC with a 75.89 stroke average. She finished in the top-10 in seven of the team’s 12 events, including four top-5 performances. Along the way, she broke the program season record with seven rounds of par or better.
