2007 (Junior): Played in five games, and started in three of them…a solid defender for the Colonels.

2006 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 games, starting seven.

2005 (Freshman): Played in all 16 contests, starting all but one game … attempted one shot on goal … key contributor to the Colonel defense.

ACADEMIC: A three-time Colonel Scholar…President’s List for two semesters…Dean’s List for four sememsters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters … two-time all-division honoree … helped lead team to three city championships … named all-conference after sophomore campaign … led team in assists … earned All-Observer honors as a senior … named a scholar-athlete … also played one year of basketball.

PERSONAL: Born Sept. 5, 1987 … daughter of Mary and Ken Hoots …One interesting fact about Wendy: She is obsessed with the T.V. show One Tree Hill...major is Nursing.
