Freshman (2010):
Played in 13 games and started 11 … started 10 times behind the dish … hit .125 in 24 at bats … went 2-for-3 against UMBC on Feb. 20 … was 1-for-2 against USC Upstate on Feb. 20 … scored a run as a pinch runner against North Carolina A&T on March 9.
High School:
Was a four-year letter winner … played three seasons at Liberty High in Colorado Springs, Colo., before playing her senior season at Saginaw High in Saginaw, Texas … at LHS, she earned 4A Metro All-League honors as a freshman and as a junior … her junior season she led the Lancers to the 4A Metro League and district championships … batted .379 as a freshman, .282 as a sophomore and .381 her junior season.
