Jax Egan joined the Colonel staff in October of 2024 as the Director of Player Personnel & Recruiting.
Before coming to Richmond, Egan served as a full-time scouting and recruiting intern for Kansas football beginning in August of 2021.
With the Jayhawks, Egan directly assisted offensive coordinators Andy Kotelnicki and Jeff Grimes with prospect evaluation, organizing recruiting trips, and day-to-day recruiting operations.
He also coordinated all game day, unofficial, and official visits for hundreds of prospects across the multiple seasons he was with the Jayhawks.
Additionally, he was Kansas' point of contact for all transfer portal related documents and information for prospects in the portal.
In the Summer of 2021, Egan served as a training camp intern with the Kansas City Chiefs organizing daily training camp operations.
Egan holds a bachelor's of science in sport management from the University of Kansas with a minor in business.
