NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Senior Kelly Jennings became the OVC's all-time assist leader tonight as the Eastern Kentucky volleyball team suffered a 3-1 (26-30, 33-31, 21-30, 28-30) loss at Tennesse State this afternoon. With the loss, their first in five contests, the Colonels drop to 15-13, 8-6 in the league.

With 47 assists, Jennings surpassed the current record of 5,406, set by Southeast Missouri's Tracie Gordon during the 1991-94 seasons.

Sophomore Bridget Mustard led the Colonels with 15 kills and three other players, all seniors, ended with double-figure kills. Senior Jessica Sabath ended with a double-double of 14 kills and 21 digs.

Eastern Kentucky faces Morehead State on Wednesday at 8 p.m. in Morehead.
