RICHMOND, Ky. - Training camp is just two weeks away and Eastern Kentucky University head coach Danny Hope is eager to talk football. Coach Hope will be featured on two radio talk shows over the next week.

On Sunday, July 22, Coach Hope will be on the air live on 630 WLAP-AM out of Lexington at 10 a.m. Leland Conway and Kyle Macy host the "Sports Talk" radio show that morning.

On Wednesday, July 25, Coach Hope will join hosts Matt Jones and Rob Gidel of "The Sports Mob" on 1570 WWSZ-AM out of Louisville. Coach Hope is scheduled to appear at 3:20 p.m.

The Colonels finished the 2006 campaign with four straight wins to finish 6-5 overall and tied for fourth in the OVC with a 5-3 record. This fall, EKU will be in search of its 30th consecutive winning season and first league title since 1997.
