MOREHEAD, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky’s 2008 volleyball season ended with a 3-0 loss at Morehead State on Saturday. Kelsey Rose led the Colonels with nine kills and a .292 attack percentage. Kaitlin Craven’s match-high 16 kills led the Eagles.

Game scores were 25-20, 25-15 and 25-23.

Sophomore Kate Hendle added 25 assists and 10 digs for Eastern (6-23, 4-14 OVC). Sophomore Abby O'Connor posted a match-high 16 digs.

Craven finished with a double-double for MSU (23-7, 14-4 OVC), adding 13 digs to her 16 kills. Ashley Doscher also posted a double-double, finishing with 10 kills and 14 digs.

As a team, Morehead State hit .244 with 18 errors and 49 kills. Eastern Kentucky finished with 30 kills, 19 errors and a .093 attack percentage.
