CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Eastern Kentucky University's volleyball team was beaten 3-0 by Austin Peay on Saturday.

APSU (6-13, 3-1 OVC) won by scores of 25-22, 25-17 and 25-21.

Senior Ashley Edmond had nine kills for the Colonels (7-11, 1-3 OVC). Alexis Plagens had eight kills. As a team, Eastern posted a .116 attack percentage. Austin Peay hit .282.

Jada Stotts posted 12 kills and 19 digs for the winning squad. Liz Landon had 11 kills. Lauren Henderson had a match-best four blocks. APSU out-blocked Eastern Kentucky 7-3.

The Colonels will host a pair of OVC matches next weekend beginning with Southern Illinois Edwardsville on Friday at 7 p.m.
