RICHMOND, Ky. – Dy'Shawn Mobley was named to the 2015 FCS National Performer of the Year Watch List by College Football Performance Awards (CFPA).
 
Mobley is one of 32 FCS players named to the list, and one of only eight running backs, the other 24 are quarterbacks. The winner will be announced January 13, 2016.

Mobley, a preseason All-American by STATS and one of 22 players from across the nation on the STATS FCS Offensive Player of the Year Watch List, was also selected preseason All-OVC and Preseason OVC Offensive Player of the Year by the conference's coaches and media relations directors.  The senior was chosen Preseason OVC Offensive Player of the Year by the media as well.
 
He earned 2014 OVC Offensive Player of the Year honors and was a finalist for the Walter Payton Award last season after rushing for 1,491 yards and scoring 20 touchdowns.  The Powell, Tennessee native ranked sixth in the nation in touchdowns, 12th in yards and 14th in yards per game (114.7).
