FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Eastern Kentucky ended its four-match road trip to Colorado with a 3-0 loss to 15th ranked Colorado State on Sunday.
 
The Rams won by scores of 25-12, 25-22 and 25-13.
 
Seniors Rachel Vick and Ally Peters each had six kills for the Colonels.  Celina Sanks finished with 10 digs.  The CSU duo of Adrianna Culbert and Alex Reid had eight kills each and both had 10 or more digs.
 
Colorado State had 40 kills and only 11 errors for a .315 attack percentage.  Eastern totaled 28 kills and 19 errors for a .089 hitting percentage.
 
EKU (1-14) opens Ohio Valley Conference play at home next weekend.  Belmont visits McBrayer Arena at 7 p.m. on Friday and Tennessee State comes to town for a 2 p.m. match on Saturday.
