RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's and women's basketball teams will host OVC foes UT Martin and Southeast Missouri in a pair of doubleheaders at McBrayer Arena this week.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS - This is the 45th all-time meeting between EKU and UT Martin. The Colonels lead the series, 27-17.
- The Colonels and the Skyhawks split last year's series. EKU defeated UTM, 66-58, in Martin on Jan. 8. However, the Skyhawks returned the favor on March 25 at McBrayer Arena in the semifinals of the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament when Marshun Newell hit a three-pointer with 3.3 seconds on the clock to end the Colonels' season with a 70-69 loss.
- UTM (8-6, 0-0 OVC) arrives in Richmond having won six straight games. The Skyhawks are led by Twymond Howard, who averages 12.6 points-per-game and 7.0 rebounds-per-game.
- This is the 48
th all-time meeting between EKU and SEMO. The Colonels are looking for their sixth straight win over the Redhawks dating back to the 2012-13 season.
- Southeast Missouri (2-12, 0-2 OVC) dropped a pair of home games to Belmont and Tennessee State last week. The Redhawks will play at Morehead State on Thursday before traveling to Richmond on Saturday. SEMO is paced by Antonius Cleveland, who averages 14.7 points-per-game.

Jalen O'Bannon has logged three consecutive double-doubles and earned OVC Newcomer of the Week honors this week for the fourth time this season. She now has six double-doubles on the season.
