RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's basketball team will close out non-conference play by hosting Brescia University on Saturday. Tip from McBrayer Arena is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. ET.

Senior
Nick Mayo will be honored before the game for breaking the EKU career scoring record. Commemorative shirts, posters and mini-balls will be given out before the game. A postgame autograph session will be held on the court.
Kids 12 and under get into the game for free.
WHAT TO KNOW
EKU (6-6) dropped an overtime heartbreaker, 85-84, at Duquesne last Saturday, Dec. 22.
Kelvin Robinson was voted OVC Newcomer of the Week on Dec. 26 after scoring a season-high14 points and dishing out nine assists at Duquesne on Dec. 22. Robinson currently ranks fifth in the OVC in assists/game (4.0) and sixth in assist/turnover ratio (1.8).
Junior
Dujuanta Weaver scored a career-high 18 points at Duquesne on Dec. 22. He knocked down four three-pointers. Weaver now ranks third in the OVC in three-pointers/game (2.7).
Freshman
Tre King made his first career start and Duquesne and responded by pulling down a team-best nine rebounds.
Mayo recorded season highs in assists (6) and blocks (4) at Duquesne.
Mayo currently ranks first in the OVC and 10th in the country in scoring at 23.9 points-per-game.
EKU leads the OVC and ranks fifth in the country in steals-per-game (10.3).
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Brescia (6-7) is led by Dillon Geralds, who comes in averaging 18.5 points and 10.1 rebounds-per-game.
This is the third all-time meeting between EKU and Brescia. EKU leads the series, 2-0. The Colonels won the last meeting over Brescia, 95-56, on Nov. 22, 2013 at McBrayer Arena.
