Richmond, Ky. – Dates for this year's series of JF Volleyball Camps at Eastern Kentucky University have been announced. Individual position camps, an all-skills camp, an elite camp and satellite camps will be offered.

Camp Information:

All-Skills camp is set for July 8-9, with registration to begin in Alumni Coliseum at 8 a.m. ET. The All-Skills camp focuses on the six major volleyball skills (passing, setting, blocking, defense, serving and attacking) as well as competitive components of gameplay. 

Individual position camps will take place on July 8 and July 9 from 5-7 p.m. Registration is set for 4 p.m. each day. The two-session camps will include individualized training and skill development for setters, hitters and defensive specialists.

Elite camp is set for July 10-12, with registration to begin at 1 p.m. on July 10. Elite camp offers an overnight and commuter experience. Training will cover the six major volleyball skills (passing, setting, blocking, defense, serving and attacking), as well as competitive components of gameplay in a collegiate, emulated culture. Players who attend the Elite Volleyball Camp should be serious about learning advanced volleyball skills and systems. It is recommended that campers have some level of club volleyball experience.

Satellite camps are also offered. The EKU coaching and camp staff will travel to a location chosen by a team's coach, and conduct a camp using input from the coach and what his or her team's needs are. There are several formats to choose from, including a one-day or two-session camp. The EKU staff will work with the coach to design a camp format.
