The Knights won by scores of 20-25, 25-22, 25-10 and 25-14.

Sarah Mitchell finished with 12 kills and 17 digs to record her third consecutive double-double and eighth of the season.
Molly Michalak notched 13 kills and seven digs.
Sydney Schoen totaled 10 digs and
Anna Purichia put away nine kills for the Colonels.

Bellarmine (6-14, 2-6 ASUN) was led by Bailey Roszman, who tallied a season-high 16 kills and a .556 attack percentage. Jayme Scott and Anna Lococo added 17 digs each for the Knights.

EKU (6-16, 3-5 ASUN) went on a 5-1 run midway through the first set to take a 16-14 lead. The back-and-forth set ended when the Colonels won six of the frame's final nine points to win, 25-20.

Michalak slammed three consecutive kills as part of a 5-0 Eastern Kentucky run to give the Colonels a commanding 18-11 lead in the second set. Bellarmine called timeout to regroup and countered with a 14-4 run to take the second set and tie the match, 1-1.

The Knights never trailed in the third set and won the frame, 25-10. EKU jumped out to an early 3-1 lead in the fourth set after Mitchell sent an ace into the corner. Bellarmine responded by taking the next nine points and never looked back.
Mikayla Logan put away back-to-back kills to cut the deficit to 10-5, until the Knights went on a 9-4 run to put the set out of reach. Bellarmine won the final set, 25-14, to snap a four-match losing skid.

The Colonels will play three ASUN matches at North Florida in Jacksonville next weekend, beginning with Stetson at 11 a.m. on Friday.
