BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Eastern Kentucky University's Molly Michalak was named first team All-Ohio Valley Conference on Wednesday by the league coaches and sports information directors.
 
Michalak finished with a team-best 184 kills on the year and 150 digs, which was good enough for second on the team.  She finished the season ranked eighth in the conference with 3.29 kills per set and ninth with 3.50 points per set.
 
Michalak finished with five double-doubles on the year during the conference only season.
 
She was named OVC Newcomer of the Week two times during the regular season. Michalak was one of three freshmen voted as an All-OVC first team member.
