RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University track and field team will compete at Louisville's Clark Wood Invitational this weekend.
 
Twenty one teams will be represented at the meet, which is set to be held Friday and Saturday at Cardinal Park.
 
Participating teams include Bellarmine, Belmont, Bowling Green, Butler, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, DePaul, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Illinois, Illinois State, Kennesaw State, Louisville, Loyola-Chicago, Memphis, Murray State, Notre Dame, Southern Illinois, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Western Kentucky, and Xavier.
 
Field events start on Friday at 11:00 a.m., with track events getting underway at 4:30 p.m. Friday's action will conclude with the 5,000 meters around 7 p.m.
 
Saturday's field events open at 11:00 a.m. The 100-meter hurdles kick off track action at noon. The meet will wrap up around 4:20 p.m. with the 4x400 meter relays.
