2021 Schedule  |  Season Tickets

RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky announced its full 2021 volleyball schedule today.  EKU will play host to Western Kentucky this season while also hosting six conference matches in the first season in the ASUN Conference.  Season tickets are just $20 each.
 
The Colonels will open up the campaign on Aug. 27 at the Appalachian Invitational.  EKU will face the host Mountaineers on the 27th before playing UNC Greensboro and Radford on Aug. 28.
 
A week later, Eastern Kentucky will travel to Chicago for the Loyola Tournament.  After facing Loyola and Xavier on Sept. 3, the Colonels close out the event on Sept. 4 against Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
 
EKU will host the Colonel Challenge on Sept. 10-11.  The schedule begins with Western Illinois versus Western Carolina at 10 a.m. on the 10th.  Eastern Kentucky faces New Mexico State at 12 p.m.  Western Carolina takes on New Mexico State at 4 p.m.  The fourth match of the day features EKU against Western Illinois at 6 p.m.  The event concludes on Sept. 11 with Western Illinois playing New Mexico State at 11 a.m. and Eastern Kentucky hosting Western Carolina at 1 p.m.
 
The Colonels will play at Butler on Sept. 15 before heading to Mississippi for the two-day Southern Miss Classic II on Sept. 17-18.  EKU will play Southern Miss and Chattanooga on the 17th before closing out the event a day later against Lamar.
 
The inaugural ASUN Conference season begins on Sept. 24 with three matches in three days in Nashville.  The Colonels play Jacksonville on the 24th, Liberty on the 25th and Florida Gulf Coast on the 26th. 
 
The first-ever ASUN home matches are slated for Oct. 1 and Oct. 2 against Jacksonville State and North Alabama. 
 
The final non-conference match of the season is scheduled for Oct. 6 against in-state rival Western Kentucky at 6 p.m. inside Alumni Coliseum.
 
The Colonels will make appearances in Nashville (Oct. 10), Louisville (Oct. 16) and Jacksonville, Florida (Oct. 22-24) throughout the month of October.
 
After a stretch of eight straight matches away from home, the Colonels will close out the 2021 season with three straight at home.  EKU will host Lipscomb and Central Arkansas on Nov. 5 and Nov. 6.  The final regular season match is Nov. 13 against Bellarmine.
 
The ASUN Conference Tournament will be played Nov. 19-21 in Fort Myers, Florida.
