WILMINGTON, N.C. – The EKU beach volleyball team hits the road again on Wednesday as the Colonels visit UNC Wilmington for a pair of matches at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
 
SCOUTING

• The Seahawks' No. 1 pair of Gabby LaPata and Sadie Sharkey have played at the top spot in all of UNCW's matches so far this season. 
• UNCW has fallen to a pair of ranked teams this season, dropping decisions to No. 12 Stetson and No. 19 South Carolina. 
• LaPata and Sharkey pushed Stetson's No. 1 pair to a third set last Saturday. 
• The Seahawks have won nine consecutive matches at home. 

LAST TIME OUT

• EKU finished 2-2 at the College of Charleston Beach Classic with sweeps of Berry and Catawba. 
• Elizabeth Fonvielle and Madalyn Richardson went 2-0 on the weekend in their first action as a duo at the No. 5 spot.
• Hannah Keating earned her 50th career victory as she and Paityn Walker improved to 9-3 on the season.

• The Colonels will host Austin Peay, Ottawa, Liberty, and Tusculum in Richmond on Mar. 24-25.
