RICHMOND, Ky. – The Colonels will play Clemson University for the first time in program history when the two teams meet on Nov. 12.

The game, at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, South Carolina, will begin at 7 p.m.

The Tigers finished 24-12 overall and 11-9 in the Atlantic Coast Conference last season. Clemson won three games in the NCAA Tournament to advance to the Elite 8. The tourney run began with a victory over New Mexico before beating No. 3 seed Baylor and No. 2 seed Arizona in back-to-back games. The sixth seeded Tigers' quest to reach the Final Four ended with a 7-point loss to Alabama.

Clemson returns 40.2 percent of its scoring from a season ago, which includes All-West Regional Team performers Chase Hunter and Ian Schieffelin.  A total of six scholarship players return from last year's team. The Tigers have added four transfers and one freshman to the 2024-25 roster.

A.W. Hamilton was chosen as the ASUN Coach of the Year and the NABC District III Coach of the Year. He is the first coach in program history to be named conference coach of the year twice.
