RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky University's volleyball team will enter its final two matches of the regular season with a chance to win the Atlantic Sun Conference regular season championship as the Colonels host Central Arkansas on Thursday and North Alabama on Friday.

Both contests will start at 6 p.m. ET and air live on ESPN+.

For these final two matches, the Colonels will return to Baptist Health Arena for the first time since the 2023 season.  The team has played in the Olympic Sports Training Center during the renovation of Baptist Health Arena.

Food Truck Thursday at the match will feature a trucker hat and rally towel giveaway.  Friday will be Senior Night.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
-  Central Arkansas is 13-11 on the season and carries a 10-4 ASUN record.  The Sugar Bears saw a 3-match winning streak, that included a victory over first-place Jacksonville, come to an end with a 3-2 road loss to Lipscomb on Saturday.

-  Laci Bohannan, a junior outside hitter, leads the team with 3.39 kills per set.  Sophomore Karlyn Frazier (1.30) and redshirt freshman McKinzee Haas (1.11) both average more than 1.00 blocks per set.  As a team, UCA leads the conference in blocks with 2.34 per set.

-  North Alabama is 13-14 overall and 7-7 in the ASUN.  The Lions snapped a 3-match losing skid with a 3-2 victory at Austin Peay on Saturday.

-  Kendall Barnes, a junior outside hitter who transferred from Ball State, leads the team with 3.91 kills per set.  Sophomore outside Reese Ricketts, the 2024 ASUN Freshman of the Year, is contributing 3.20 kills per set.

INSIDE THE SERIES
-  EKU leads the all-time series with North Alabama 5-3.  The Colonels overcame a 2-0 deficit to pick up a 3-2 win earlier this season in Florence.
