RICHMOND, Ky. – Riding a 9-match winning streak, Eastern Kentucky will host Austin Peay on Tuesday and North Alabama on Saturday at Baptist Health Arena.
Tuesday's contest will begin at 6 p.m. and air live on ESPN+. Saturday's match is scheduled for 11 a.m.
The match against Austin Peay will be Sip & Serve Night. A special $10 ticket package includes admission to the match, an EKU wine glass and one complimentary mocktail.

The annual Dig Pink match is on Saturday. The Colonels will wear pink in support of the fight against breast cancer. There will be a pink EKU cap giveaway as well.
THE COLONELS
- EKU (14-2, 4-0 UAC) extended its winning streak to nine by sweeping Tarleton State at home and Texas-Arlington on the road last week.
- Since the start of the 2023 season, the Colonels are a combined 78-30 (.722).

Alexis Bull had a career-high nine blocks at Texas-Arlington.
Emma Closurdo also set a career-high with seven blocks against the Mavericks.
- Closurdo averaged 5.17 kills, 1.17 blocks and 1.00 digs while hitting .446 in two matches last week.

Emilee Hill is third in the United Athletic Conference in aces (0.41/set), fourth in points (3.41/set), seventh in assists (6.13/set) and 10th in digs (2.84/set).
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
- Austin Peay is 10-7 overall and 2-2 in UAC matches. The Governors are coming off a 3-2 victory at home against Tarleton State on Saturday. APSU also has a 3-1 league win over Little Rock.
- Taly Cloyd leads the team with 2.51 kills per set. Nicole Okojie averages a team-best 1.08 blocks per set, the third-most in the UAC.
- As a team, Austin Peay is first in the league with a .165 opponents' hitting percentage.
- North Alabama (13-4, 3-1 UAC) started the season by winning its first 10 matches. Since falling 3-0 at Tarleton State on Sept. 26, the Lions have beaten West Georgia (3-0) and Central Arkansas (3-1).
- Reese Ricketts leads UNA, and the conference, with 3.64 kills per set. Dylann Garner is averaging 3.09 kills per set, fourth in the UAC. Ava Martindale averages a team-best 4.98 digs per set, which ranks second in the conference.
- As a team, UNA is first in the league in hitting percentage (.257), assists (12.70/set), kills (13.54/set) and digs (16.63/set).
INSIDE THE SERIES
- EKU is 49-27 all-time against Austin Peay and has won seven straight in the series. Last season, the Colonels won 3-0 in Clarksville and 3-1 in Richmond.
- Eastern has a 6-3 edge in the series against North Alabama and has won three straight against the Lions. Last season EKU picked up a 3-2 victory in Florence and a 3-1 win in Richmond.
