The Governors led 1-0 until the fourth inning.  With two on and two out, DJ Merriweather lifted a fly ball into center field.  Jackson Reid attempted a diving catch but couldn't come up with it.  The ball rolled all the way to the wall and Merriweather rounded the bases with a 3-run inside the park home run.

The Colonels got one back in the bottom half of the fourth.  Dylan Littlefield sent a 1-1 pitch over the wall in right for his ninth home run of the season.  The solo shot made it 4-1.
