2009 Scouting Report – Suffered a knee injury during the spring game which could keep him sidelined this fall … was in a battle for the top running back position … likes to bang through the trenches, but has the speed to bounce outside.

At EKU – 2008: Made an appearance in nine games … started the season opener at Cincinnati on Aug. 28 … suffered a knee injury against the Bearcats and missed the ensuing three games … finished second on the team in rushing … ran for 46 yards and two scores at Tennessee Tech on Oct. 4 … posted double-digit carries against TTU (Oct. 4) and Eastern Illinois (Oct. 25) … finished with five carries and five receptions in the playoff game at Richmond on Nov. 29. 2007: Played in all 12 games … utilized mainly on special teams and as a back-up running back … carried the ball in four contests … recorded a 27-yard rush versus Western Carolina on Sept. 8 … earned his first collegiate touchdown against WCU, an eight-yard run … also added scores against Southeast Missouri (Oct. 13) and Tennessee State (Oct. 20). 2006: Took a redshirt season.

High School – Ran for 1,858 yards as a senior … also tallied 380 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns (23 rushing, three receiving) … broke school’s single-game rushing record with a 256-yard performance … two-time all-conference selection … in two seasons as a starter, he rushed for more than 3,000 yards … recruited by Michigan, Boston College, Illinois, Appalachian State and East Carolina.
