2008: Won the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 14:37.36…Finished seventh in the mile at the Mideast Regional Championships with a time of 4:16.65…Named to All-Mideast Region Team…Ran at Nationals, where he qualified for the finals of the 5,000 meters on with a time of 14:26.26, and then finished 15th in the finals of the 5,000 meters on with a time of 14:06.43…A member of the 4xmile relay team that set a new school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 16:39.47…Placed third in the mile at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:14.03…Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the indoor championships with a time of 8:31.79…Placed second in the 5,000 meters at the indoor championships, logging a time of 14:57.42…A member of the winning distance medley team at the indoor championships.

2007: Selected as first team All-OVC at the 2007 OVC Cross Country Championships, where he finished second behind Jacob Korir...Finished eighth at the 2007 Southeast Region Cross Country Championships...Qualified for the 2007 NCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships.
