2009 Scouting Report – Stepped up his game at the end of the 2008 season … will likely start at right tackle and could push for postseason honors.

At EKU – 2008: Saw action in all 12 games … started the final five contests at right tackle … earned first EKU start against Eastern Illinois on Oct. 25 … helped offense pile up a season-high 290 rushing yards against Murray State on Nov. 15.

At North Carolina – 2007: Made an appearance in one game, the season opener against James Madison on Sept. 1. 2006: Played in seven games at offensive tackle and tight end … forced to move to tight end late in the season due to numerous injuries … responded with a touchdown catch against Wake Forest on Oct. 28. 2005: Took a redshirt season.

High School – Two year starter at right tackle … began senior season at North Springs (Atlanta, Ga.) before transferring to Beach High in Savannah … also played basketball.

Personal – Son of Andre Barbour and Mignon Hale … born on April 12, 1987.
