Freshman (2013):Appeared in 15 games with nine starts at pitcher … started the season opener against UAB … went 3.0 innings, struck out four and did not allow a hit versus the Blazers … picked up her first collegiate win on Feb. 22 versus Miami (Ohio) … struck out a season-high seven batters in the 9-2 win over Tennessee State on April 13 … in three of her six relief appearances, she did not allow a run … earned an OVC Medal of Honor (4.0 GPA) … 2012-13 Colonel Scholar.
High School:Three-time all-state selection and four-time all-league pick at Philo High… prep ERA was under 1.00 (0.89) with 1,150 career strikeouts … owns the state single-game record for most strikeouts (55 in 24 innings) … helped lead the Electrics to a district and sectional championship in 2011 … member of the National Honor Society … graduated sixth overall in her high school class.
