AS A JUNIOR IN 2012-13
Saw action in 19 games as a walk-on … played a key role in EKU’s near upset of West Virginia … the Morgantown native helped key a 10-2 run, after coming into the game – Parsons drew a charge that led to a three-pointer, after WVU made a pair of free throws, he nailed a three-pointer and Eric Stutz connected on two free throws to turn a 59-53 deficit into a 63-61 EKU lead with 4:21 left in the game … averaged one point per game … all 24 of his shot attempts were from behind the three-point arc … he hit 11 three-pointers for 45.8 percent … tied his career-high with six points against Crowley’s Ridge (Feb. 5), making 2-of-4 from deep … had four points and a career- best two rebounds against Delaware State (Nov. 28) … came up with a career-high two steals against Crowley’s Ridge … 2012-13 Colonel Scholar.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011-12
Made six appearances as a walk-on … scored six points on 2-of-2 shooting from behind the three-point line against Brescia (Dec. 3).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010-11
Saw limited playing time in three games as a reserve walk-on guard … made a field goal in two of his three appearances … knocked down two three-pointers in the win over Kentucky Christian on Dec. 8.

HIGH SCHOOL
A first team all-conference and honorable mention all-state player for the Mohigans … served as co-captain as a senior … helped the squad win the regional championship and advance to the state tournament quarterfinals … also played baseball where he finished third in the state in home runs as a junior … two-time all-conference pick in baseball … honorable mention all-state as a senior … earned Morgantown High’s Coaches Award which is given to the outstanding athlete in more than one sport.
