At EKU – 2013: Sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules

At Tennessee – 2012: Played in all 12 games … saw action as a back-up middle linebacker and special teams ace after playing at fullback for two years … posted 18 total tackles while leading the team with 13 stops on special teams … returned five kick-offs for 70 yards on short kicks  … tallied three special teams tackles versus No. 1 Alabama on Oct. 20 … notched a career-high six tackles along with 0.5 tackles for loss versus Georgia State on Sept. 8. 2011: Saw action in all 12 games with one start at fullback … saw extensive time on special teams, kick-block coverage, making one tackle … recorded career-high three catches for 17 yards versus Montana on Sept. 3 … shared Stucky Hard Knox Award for off-season physical and mental conditioning. 2010: Logged playing time in every game, including five starts at fullback … helped lead the way for Tauren Poole to rush for 1,034 yards, including six 100-yard games, which tied for the SEC lead … one of seven true freshmen to play in every game for Tennessee … made his first career start versus South Carolina on Oct. 30 … posted a 17-yard catch, his longest of the season, on UT’s final scoring drive versus Kentucky.

High School – Rated as No. 3 overall prospect in Kentucky by Rivals.com … finished senior season with 1,332 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns … highlight of 2009 was rushing for 141 yards and four touchdowns to go with one receiving score against Powell County … rushed for 3,052 yards and 36 touchdowns as junior while sparking Breathitt County to Class AAA state runner-up finish.
