OVC Individual Championships
Cross Country – 2013

2014-15:
Cross Country – Earned first team All-OVC honors after placing fourth at the OVC Championships, helping the EKU women’s team win its eighth conference title in the last nine years … finished second on the team and 43rd overall (out of 257 competitors) at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a season-best 6K time of 21:16.7 … was a key factor in the women finishing seventh in the Southeast, their highest regional finish in at least the last 10 years … logged a season-best 5K time of 17:20.20 at the Bluegrass Invitational on Sept. 13.
Track and Field – Broke the EKU record in the 10,000 meters with a 35:07.68 at the Drake Relays on April 23 … named the OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week for her performance at that meet … scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships, clocking a time of 10:06.47.

2013-14:
Cross Country – Won the OVC Cross Country Championships with a 5K time of 17:42.61, leading the EKU women to their second consecutive conference title … finished first on the team and 34th out of 265 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships two weeks later with a 6K time of 21:24.4 … posted her fastest 5K time of the season at the season-opening Bluegrass Invitational (17:29.79).
Track and Field – Took bronze in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 36:04.18, which ranks as one of the top-five fastest 10,000 meters times in EKU history … placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor championships with a time of 17:46.73 … posted a PR of 17:17.89 in the 5,000 meters at the Tennessee Relays during the outdoor season … scored points with a seventh-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships (17:57.67) … ran a personal-best in the 3,000 meters (10:06.56) at the Rod McCravy Memorial on Jan. 24.

Prior to EKU: Posted personal best times of 4:44.22 in the 1,500 meters, 10:21.95 in the 3,000 meters and 17:45.20 in the 5,000 meters.
