AS A FRESHMAN IN 2014-15
Played in 24 of the team’s 33 games and started twice … averaged 1.7 assists per game … had 41 assists and just 15 turnovers for a 2.73 assist-to-turnover ratio … made 4-of-5 attempts from the field and scored 10 points in his first game as a Colonel, against Kentucky Christian (Nov. 18) … made his first career start at Murray State (Jan. 29) … in the absence of point guard Corey Walden, Jackson started at Belmont (Feb. 19) and dished out five assists and had two steals while playing a season-high 30 minutes … set a career-high with seven assists against Austin Peay (Feb. 23) … grabbed a season-high four rebounds against Tennessee Tech (Feb. 28) … averaged 21 minutes per game over Eastern’s final four regular season contests … 2014-15 Colonel Scholar.
 
SUMMER 2014
Played in all four games during Eastern Kentucky’s summer tour in Australia … averaged 3.3 points, 2.0 assists and 1.8 rebounds … shot 38.5 percent from the field, including 33.3 percent (1-for-3) from three-point range … scored 10 points on 4-of-5 shooting from the field in EKU’s win over the Suncoast Clippers (Aug. 11) … also had five assists, no turnovers and four rebounds against the Clippers.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned 5A first team all-state honors after averaging 21.5 points, 7.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game for Martin Luther King Jr. High School his senior season … also garnered first team all-region and second team all-metro honors … led DeKalb County in scoring and assists … dished out over 700 career assists and was a team captain as a junior and a senior.
