Biography

AS A JUNIOR IN 2017
Appeared in eight games … started once, at Murray State (Oct. 28) … rushed for 146 yards on 50 carries during the 2017 season and scored three touchdowns … rushed for a season-high 48 yards on 10 carries and scored two touchdowns in EKU’s Homecoming win over Tennessee-Martin (Oct. 21) … also scored a touchdown at No. 3 Jacksonville State (Oct. 14).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016
Played in eight games and started four times at running back … totaled a team-best 385 yards on 93 carries … averaged 4.1 yards per carry and scored two rushing touchdowns … caught six passes for 50 yards … rushed for 60 yards on 17 carries and scored on a 10-yard touchdown run at Purdue (Sept. 3) … totaled a season-best 92 yards on 20 carries in a victory over Southeast Missouri (Oct. 8) … had a season-high 51-yard run against Southeast Missouri (Oct. 8) … had a six-yard touchdown run against Murray State (Nov. 5) … finished the season with 80 yards on 12 carries against Eastern Illinois (Nov. 19).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015
2015 Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer Team … played in nine of the team’s 11 games … started three times – at Kentucky (Oct. 3), against Tennessee State (Oct. 24) and at No. 1 Jacksonville State (Oct. 31) … led the team with 498 rushing yards and tied for the team-high with four rushing touchdowns … averaged a team-best 6.1 yards per carry … ninth in the OVC with 55.3 rushing yards per game … only lost nine yards on 82 total carries … caught 15 passes for 129 yards … scored his first collegiate touchdown on his first career carry, taking it in from four yards out against Valparaiso (Sept. 3) … ran for 59 yards and scored two touchdowns (nine-yard and eight-yard runs) against Austin Peay (Sept. 26) … led EKU with 84 yards rushing in an overtime loss at Southeastern Conference opponent Kentucky … also caught two passes for 26 yards against the Wildcats … rushed for a season-best 149 yards on 18 carries (8.3 ypc) and scored a touchdown in a Homecoming victory over Tennessee State (Oct. 24) … his 80-yard touchdown run against TSU was Eastern’s longest offensive play of the season, the longest play by the Colonels since 2012 and EKU’s longest running play since 2007 … earned OVC Newcomer of the Week honors after the game against Tennessee State … finished with 47 yards on six carries at No. 1 Jacksonville State (Oct. 31) … led Eastern Kentucky in rushing in six of the nine games he played in.

Played running back for the Cyclones … three-time all-state running back ... two-time conference player of the year ... MVP of the Tennessee East vs. West All-Star game ... ranked among the top-10 in Tennessee high school history in rushing yards (6,436 yards – ninth), rushing touchdowns (77 – ninth), career touchdowns (79 – 10th), consecutive 100-yard rushing games (17 – fourth) and career 100-yard rushing games (35 – second).
