AS A SENIOR IN 2017
Made 13 appearances on the year, all from the bullpen … had eight strikeouts over 16 innings pitched … had a 1-0 record … went three and two-thirds innings with two strikeouts against Austin Peay (April 14th) … threw two innings while allowing one run and striking out one batter and picking up the win at Northern Kentucky (April 4th) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2016
Made 19 appearances and started six games … 5.88 ERA over 49 innings pitched with 39 strikeouts … posted a 3-4 record … went five and one-third inning giving up two earned runs in a win against Maryland Eastern Shore (March 6) … pitched four innings and allowed three earned runs in a win at Alabama A&M (March 16).

AT LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE
Went 6-2 with two saves as a sophomore … posted a 2.28 ERA in 47 and one-third innings.

Played at Franklin County High School in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Full name is Nicholas Cumpston ... son of Eric and Wendy Cumpston … father played baseball in MLB for 12 years … has one brother – Jordan … his brother Jordan played baseball at Georgetown College … majoring in marketing.
