2015-16:
Cross Country – Named an All-American after finishing 37th at the NCAA Championships with a 10K time of 30:24.3 … his performance led the EKU men to a 17th place finish at the NCAA Championships, the second highest national finish in program history … finished eighth at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships two weeks earlier with a 10K time of 29:30.5 … was named NCAA All-Southeast Region for his performance.
Track and Field – Voted the OVC Male Indoor Track Athlete of the Year after running a personal-best 13:56.6 for 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12 … also ran a PR of 8:17.39 for 3,000 meters during the indoor season … posted a personal-best and NCAA East Region-qualifying time of 29:45.4 in the 10,000 meters at the Virginia Challenge on April 22 … finished 33rd at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries with a time of 31:01.8 … named EKU’s Male Newcomer of the Year at the inaugural Colonels’ Choice Awards in May.
Prior to EKU: PRs of 14:23.22 for 5,000 meters and 29:26.84 for 10,000m meters ... finished eighth in the 10,000 meters at 2015 European U-23 Track Championships ... finished 35th in the 2014 European U-23 Cross Country Championships ... finished sixth in the 2015 Spanish Cross Country Championships.
