Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 11^th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:37.3 … placed third on the team and 62^nd out of 230 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a 10K time of 30:52.0 … finished first on the team and 23^rd overall at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 24:05.6 … finished first on the team and eighth overall at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, clocking a season-best 8K mark of 23:59.2.
Track and Field – Won gold in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 10, clocking a personal-best time of 31:15.08 … scored points with sixth-place finishes in the mile (4:18.5) and 3,000 meters (8:33.0) at the OVC Indoor Championships in February.

2016-17:
Cross Country – Qualified for the NCAA Championships by finishing fifth out of 203 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships … clocked a 10K time of 29:02.8 at the regional meet … earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors … finished 105^th out of 251 runners at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute … voted OVC Male Cross Country Runner of the Year in October … named the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Runner of the Week on September 12 after winning the Bluegrass Invitational in Lexington … clocked the fastest 8K time (23:57.5) in the OVC at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational on September 30.
Track and Field – Ran 14:08.5 in the 5,000 meters to qualify for the NCAA East Regional Preliminaries for the second straight season … also ran a personal-best 3:58.9 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … won gold in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships in February, clocking a conference-best time of 14:09.4 … took bronze in the mile at the indoor championships with a personal-best time of 4:10.2.

2015-16:
Cross Country – Voted the OVC Male Cross Country Runner of the Year in his first collegiate season … was the top runner on a deep EKU team throughout the regular season … won the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:31.4 … earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors after finishing 16^th at the Southeast Regional meet with a 10K time of 29:55.4 … placed 90^th at the NCAA Championships with a 10K time of 30:53.4, helping the Colonels finish 17^th nationally … ran the top 8K time in the OVC during the regular season (23:55.8) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational on Oct. 15
Track and Field – Ran a personal-best 14:05.0 for 5,000 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 1 … was one of three Colonels to qualify for the NCAA East Regional Preliminary Rounds in the 5,000 meters, finishing 32^nd at the meet with a time of 14:43.07 … won gold in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 14:20.99 … took silver in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:26.2 … ran a PR of 8:12.3 for 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12.
