Cross Country – Earned All-America honors after finishing 31^st at the NCAA Championships … clocked a 6K time of 20:19.8 in Terre Haute … her 31^st-place finish is the best national finish ever by an EKU woman and the second-best national finish ever by an OVC woman … qualified for the NCAA Championships by finishing fifth overall out of 227 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 20:30.7 … earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors for her performance in that race … voted OVC Female Cross Country Runner of the Year in October … earned first team All-OVC honors by finishing second at the conference championships with a 5K time of 17:04.8 … helped the Colonels win their 10^th OVC title in the last 11 years … ran a season-best 5K time of 16:52.2 at the Greater Louisville Classic on October 1.
Track and Field – Named second team All-America after placing 14^th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon … matched her personal-best time of 15:59.3 at NCAAs … was the first EKU woman to compete in the NCAA 5,000 meters since 2013 … qualified for the national championships by placing second overall in the 5K at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries with a time of 16:02.2 … became the first EKU woman ever to run sub-16:00 in the 5,000 meters when she shattered the school record with a 15:59.3 at the Stanford Invitational on March 30 … voted OVC Female Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year … won gold in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships … also took bronze in the 1,500 meters at the OVC outdoors … ran a personal-best time of 4:24.8 in the 1,500 meters at the Virginia Challenge on April 22 … doubled up and won gold in the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships in February … ran personal-best times of 4:52.4 in the mile and 9:32.3 in the 3,000 meters during the indoor season … named EKU’s ‘Female Athlete of the Year’ at the Colonels’ Choice Awards in May.

2015-16:
Cross Country – Named NCAA All-Southeast Region after finishing 24^th out of 235 runners at the regional meet with a 6K time of 21:36.8 … her performance led the EKU women to a fifth-place finish at the Southeast Region Championships, their best regional finish in well over a decade … finished fifth at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 17:35.2, helping the Colonels capture their ninth conference crown in the last 10 years … was named first team All-OVC for her performance … ran a season-best 5K time of 17:20.5 during her second-place finish at the Bluegrass Invitational on Sept. 12.
Track and Field – Ran a personal-best 16:21.57 for 5,000 meters at the Virginia Challenge on April 22, good enough to qualify her for the NCAA East Regional … finished 35^th at the regional meet with a 17:00.68 … took silver in the 5,000 meters (17:18.9) and fourth in the 1,500 meters (4:33.9) at the OVC Outdoor Championships … won the 3,000 meters at the Stan Lyons Invitational on March 19 with a personal-best time of 9:47.67 … also notched personal-bests of 4:56.25 in the mile and 4:33.92 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … won gold in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships (9:49.1) … also took silver in the 5,000 meters at the indoor championships (17:54.8). 

2014-15:
Cross Country – Did not compete during the cross country season.
Track and Field – A member of the gold medal-winning distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships (a meet record time of 11:53.75) … placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 4:34.11 … ran a PR of 17:09.74 in the 5,000 meters at the Centre Twilight on April 17.
