AS A SENIOR IN 2017
Drafted by the Miami Marlins in the 21st round of the MLB draft … chose by three different organizations as a third team All-American … was named CoSIDA Academic All-America of the Year for Division 1 baseball, the first ever by any EKU student-athlete in any sport … CoSIDA Academic All-America … 2017 Dick Howser Trophy Semifinalist and Golden Spikes Award Watch List … Ohio Valley Conference Co-Player of the Year … All-OVC first team … Collegiate Baseball National Player of the Week twice … appeared and started in all 56 games at first base … had a team high .363 batting average … hit an EKU record 25 home runs … drove in 72 runs while compiling 81 hits on the year … ranked third in the NCAA in home runs, home runs per game, runs, runs per game, and slugging, fifth in total bases and runs batted in per game, and eighth in RBIs … he led the country in home runs during the regular season … had a career-long hitting streak of 19 games … hit a home run in seven straight games, which is an EKU record and second in NCAA history … went 3-for-5 with two doubles and four RBIs at Arizona (Feb. 18th) … was 2-for-5 with two home runs, seven RBIs, and two runs against Chicago State (March 17th) … went 3-for-5 with two home runs, five RBIs, and two runs at Morehead State (March 15th) … was 3-for-5 with one double, one home run, three RBIs and three runs against SIU Edwardsville (April 9th) … had a fielding percentage of .991 on the year ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2016
2016 Ohio Valley Conference Scholar Athlete award winner, the highest individual honor given out by the OVC … finished the season by reaching base in each of the final 15 games … appeared in and started all 55 games at first base … batted .288 with 33 RBIs … notched 64 hits, including 14 doubles, one triple, and eight home runs … accrued a team-high 428 putouts on his way to a near perfect .991 fielding percentage … had 17 multiple hit games and seven multi-RBI games … longest hitting streak was 10 games … had a season high 14 putouts twice, first against South Dakota State (February 28), then at Alabama A&M (April 13) … after posting a .238 average with 29 hits in the first 30 games of the season, Fisher hit .350 with 35 hits in the final 25 games of the season … went 2-for-5 with two home runs at UNC Wilmington (February 27) … went 3-for-6 with one home run, two doubles and five RBIs against Maryland Eastern Shore (March 5) … finished 3-for-4 with one RBI at Tennessee-Martin (April 9) … was 3-for-4 with three RBIs against Eastern Illinois (April 30) … earned the Ohio Valley Conference Medal of Honor, which is given annually to the student-athletes that achieve the highest grade point average in a conference-sponsored sport … earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Appeared in 48 games with 47 starts at first base … batted .275 with 26 RBIs … had a total of 47 hits, including 13 doubles, one triple, and three home runs … led the team with 408 putouts and acquired a nearly perfect fielding percentage at .991 … had 11 multiple hit games and six multi-RBI games … longest hitting streak was nine games … led the team with a 28-game reached base streak … had a season high of 16 putouts against Northern Kentucky (March 31) …  went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and one home run at Miami (April 29) … went 4-for-5 against Tennessee Tech with three RBIs (May 15) … 2014-15 Bratzke Award for Excellence (given to the team member with the highest GPA) … Chi Alpha Sigma (national student-athlete honor society) inductee … earned the Ohio Valley Conference Medal of Honor, which is given annually to the student-athletes that achieve the highest grade point average in a conference-sponsored sport … earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll … 2014-15 Colonel Scholar.
