Cross Country – Named second team All-OVC after finishing 10^th at the OVC Championships in an 8K time of 25:21.5 … helped lead the EKU men to their 10^th consecutive OVC title … clocked a personal-best 8K time of 24:33.1 at the Notre Dame Invitational on September 30.
Track and Field – Established himself as one of the top steeplechasers in the country … earned second team All-America honors after finishing 13^th in the steeplechase at the NCAA Championships with a time of 8:43.8 … advanced to the NCAA Championships after placing second at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries with a personal-best time of 8:34.1 … that time is the third fastest in EKU history and is less than a second off Ole Hesselbjerg’s school record … lost only to eventual NCAA champion Edwin Kibichiy of Louisville at the regional meet … voted OVC Male Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year … doubled up and won gold in both the steeplechase and the 1,500 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May … won the steeplechase with a time of 8:42.8 at the Virginia Challenge on April 22 … also clocked a personal-best time of 3:48.3 in the 1,500 meters at the Virginia Challenge … won gold in the mile at the OVC Indoor Championships in February, recording a personal-best time of 4:05.5 … also posted personal-best times in the 3,000 meters (8:14.0) and 800 meters (1:53.5) during the indoor season.

2015-16:
Cross Country – Emerged as one of EKU’s top contributors during the cross country season, helping the Colonels reach the NCAA Championships for the fifth consecutive season … finished fifth on the team and 173^rd overall at NCAAs with a 10K time of 31:38.4 … his performance helped EKU finish 17^th in the country … ran a personal-best 8K time of 24:41.4 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational on Oct. 15.
Track and Field – Ran a personal-best 8:53.7 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to finish 19^th out of 45 competitors at the NCAA East Region Preliminary Rounds in Jacksonville … qualified for regionals with an 8:55.8, which he ran at the Stanford Invitational on April 1 … took silver in the steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 9:04.6 … also ran a personal-best for 5,000 meters during the outdoor season, running 14:23.9 at the Virginia Challenge on April 22 … was a member of EKU’s gold medal winning distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships … also won bronze in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:27.0 … ran a personal-best for 3,000 meters earlier in the indoor season, clocking an 8:19.43 at the Indiana Gladstein Invitational on Feb. 12. 

2014-15:
Cross Country – Redshirted the cross country season.
Track and Field – Took silver in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 9:00.36 ... also recorded outdoor season best times of 3:51.51 in the 1,500 meters and 8:22.29 in the 3,000 meters ... scored 16 points overall at the OVC Indoor Championships, helping the EKU men’s team finish fourth … finished seventh in the 800 meters (season-best 1:54.70 in the preliminaries) and mile (4:19.88) at the indoor championships … was also a member of the distance medley relay team, which took silver, and the 4x400 meter relay team, which finished fifth …  recorded indoor season best times of 4:16.04 in the mile and 9:00.47 in the 3,000 meters.

Prior to EKU: Two time English Secondary Schools Champion in the 2000m steeplechase ... finished 12^th in the British trials for the 2013 European Junior Cross Country Championships ... finished 16^th in the Junior Division of the 2014 Bupa Great Edinburgh International ... won the 2000m steeplechase at the 2014 English Secondary Schools Championships in a personal record of 5:51.63, and the 3000m at the 2014 Trafford Grand Prix in a personal record of 8:22.29.
