AS A JUNIOR IN 2021
Played in and started 52 games … hit .290 with 11 doubles, six home runs, 36 RBIs and 46 runs scored … had 20 walks … posted a .361 on-base percentage and a .459 slugging percentage … had 15 steals in 19 attempts … ranked fourth in the Ohio Valley Conference in stolen bases and tied for sixth in runs scored … put together a 20-game hitting streak during the season … had 17 multi-hit games … went 2-for-4 with a home run, a run scored and two RBIs in Eastern’s win over No. 7 Louisville (March 16) … was 2-for-3 with three RBIs against Tennessee-Martin (March 20) … went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs and three RBIs against Dayton (March 24) … had a 3-for-4 day with a run and an RBI at Southern Illinois Edwardsville (March 26) … finished 4-for-5 with three runs and an RBI at Eastern Illinois (April 10) … drove in four runs at Murray State (April 23) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020
Selected as a third team All-American by Collegiate Baseball ... chosen by D1Baseball.com as the 25th-best second baseman in the country … D1Baseball.com picked Harris as the Breakout Hitter in the Ohio Valley Conference in 2020 … started all 14 games … led the OVC and was ninth in the nation with a.460 batting average … hit two home runs, had 16 RBIs and scored 16 runs … .680 slugging percentage and .541 on-base percentage … struck out six times in 50 at bats … walked six times and had five stolen bases … tied for first in the OVC in on-base percentage, was eighth in slugging and eighth in runs scored … ranked 25th in NCAA in on-base percentage and 41st in hits per game (1.77) … led the team with eight multi-hit games … ended the season with an eight-game hitting streak … went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI in the season-opener at Presbyterian (Feb. 14) … finished 2-for-4 with three runs and an RBI against Siena College (Feb. 28) … had a 2-for-4 day with two runs and four RBIs in the series opener against Norfolk State (March 6) … went 4-for-4 with a run in game two against Norfolk State (March 7) … finished the season with a 3-for-4 day, two runs and three RBIs at Northern Kentucky (March 11).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019
Played in and started 56 games … hit .271 with 36 runs scored, nine home runs, 44 RBIs and eight stolen bases … went 3-for-4 with three runs against Tennessee-Martin (March 24) … drove in four runs against Tennessee Tech (May 5) … was 2-for-4 with two runs and three RBIs at Southeast Missouri (May 12) … went 3-for-6 with a run and two RBIs in an OVC Tournament victory over Belmont (May 24).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018
Selected to the 2018 Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-America team … named to the OVC All-Freshmen Team … appeared in 60 games … started in 58, all at second base … hit .268 with 13 doubles, five home runs, 35 RBIs, and scored 41 times … went 3-for-5 with an inside the park home run, four RBIs, and two runs against SIU Edwardsville (April 6) …   was 4-for-5 with two runs against Austin Peay (April 15) … went 2-for-4 with one double, one home run, two RBIs, and one run against Murray State (May 4) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was named to the Perfect Game Top-500 his senior year … 2017 Rawlings Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American … had a .492 batting average with two home runs … eight doubles, five triples, and 27 RBIs.  

PERSONAL
Full name is Daniel Webster Harris IV … son of Daniel Harris III and Sonya Harris … his cousin Rashon Ceaser played football for Louisiana-Monroe and the Tennessee Titans … majoring in sport management.
