AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020
Made four weekend starts … was 2-1 with a 3.04 ERA … struck out 30 batters in 26 and two-thirds innings while walking only eight … opponents hit just .183 against him, third-best in the Ohio Valley Conference … tied for second in the OVC in innings pitched and was fifth in strike outs … ranked fourth in NCAA in complete games (1) … struck out seven in seven and two-thirds innings at No. 11 LSU (Feb. 22) … pitched a complete game, three-hit shutout against Norfolk State (March 7), striking out a career-best 10 batters … chosen OVC Pitcher of the Week (March 9) after his performance against Norfolk State.
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019
OVC All-Freshman Team … made 18 appearances, including 12 starts … transitioned from reliever, to midweek starter to weekend starter … went 6-5 with a 6.17 ERA … struck out 60 in 65 and two-thirds innings … allowed just 37 walks … opponents had a .250 batting average against him … ranked ninth in the OVC in opponents’ batting average … had two quality starts in his last three outings … allowed three earned runs on four hits in six innings and picked up a win at Southeast Missouri (May 11) … gave up two runs on three hits in six innings of a win over Belmont (May 17) … struck out nine each in back-to-back starts against Murray State (April 27) and Tennessee Tech (May 4) … struck out five in collegiate debut against Florida A&M (Feb. 16), in just two and two-thirds innings.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years at Madison Central High School … helped lead the team to a district championship, a region championship, and a state tournament appearance … was 2-0 on the year with a 0.00 earned run average … named second team all-state as a senior … went 4-0 on the year with a 0.00 earned run average while batting .500 as a junior … named to the East/West All-Star Game as a sophomore.
