AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2021
Started all 51 games she played … finished the season with a .205 batting average, 11 RBIs, 10 extra-base hits and scored 13 runs … went 2-for-3 with one double, two RBIs and scored one run against Eastern Illinois (May 1) … logged a 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI at the NCAA Regional against Tennessee (May 21).
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020
 Started all 24 games at second base … hit .163 on the season with one double and four RBIs … had a .986 fielding percentage on the year posting only one error … went 1-for-3 with one double and one run against UNC Greensoboro (Feb. 14).
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years for Maranatha High School … received Rookie of the Year award her first season … on the 1st team all Olympic League squad for three seasons … member of 2018 Olympic League Champions squad … member of Pasadena, CA All Area First Team (2017, 2018, 2019) … was member of school’s first ever CIF Quarter Finals squad … helped lead her team to a 20-5 record her senior year..

PERSONAL
Daughter of Eddie and Martha Lopez … has a brother, Eddie (20) and a sister, Marielle (11) … chose EKU because it was her dream to play collegiate softball at D1 level … played volleyball in high school … is studying business management.
